Combined Surgical and Medical Treatment in an Adolescent with Severe Gynecomastia Due to Excessive Estradiol Secretion: A Case Report

Background: Gynecomastia develops due to the reversed estradiol-to-Testosterone ratio in adolescence, and symptoms typically improve within two years.
